Friday.

Enjoying a Friday night in since the next week is slowly filling up. With good things, such as meetings and dinners that are all good for The Future. And then I leave town for a week.

In the meantime, what's on the mind writing-wise:

(OK, it will not let me make an LJ  cut without rearranging my entire post.  So, I apologize for the length.)

• My mind is a bit more wrapped around what I discussed here.  I just needed to splurt that out in order to proceed, I think.  
  
  
  
• Why can't there be consistent Narnian maps anywhere?  I am very much a person that needs a point of reference.   In most maps, Narnia is clear, Calormen is clear, and they just kinda squish Archenland in the middle, but not even consisently.  
  
  
  
• Speaking of maps, I realized that the birthmark on my leg is almost in the same shape as The Lone Islands.  It may actually be more accurate than what's out there.  I have half a mind of uploading a picture of it and start labeling.
  
  
  
• I've written a song.  And a couple of melodies for other bits of songs in Fuel to Fire.  And then words to go with them.  Like I said... I need points of reference, and it's hard to write words if one doesn't know the tune they go to.  Thankfully, there's Noteflight to the rescue, that will play it after inputting the notes.  An actual song, with guitar chords and drum beat and everything.  Amazeballs.  That's just... craziness.  
  
  
  
• And because I've asked others, but am confident that I will get zero bites since I've only one story under my belt:
